28MayHow to find products online whose proceeds to to charity?


I would like to give gifts this year that support charities, however I don’t know how to go about finding a list of online stores or brands who donate a portion of proceeds to charity. Does anyone know a quick way to find this? I am most interested in any products that would benefit children’s charities. I would also prefer to give gifts for the home (not clothing or personal items). Any ideas would be appreciated.

27MayIs branding safe or does it leave scaring and infection?


My Master wants to brand me as a sign of ownership .. but i am afraid of scaring and infection. Branding is an art in some circles …does anyone know anything specifically about the procedure itself?

27MayHow do I remove branding (it looks painted on) from the outside of a digital camera?


I want to get the brand and model number off of this camera (it is going to be used somewhere we don’t want our competitors to see exactly what equipment we are using). I read somewhere using sugar on a towel as an abrasive but that didn’t do anything. Any other ideas?

24MayHow do I get the burnt flesh out of my branding iron?


OK. my 4 year old son was playing with my family’s old branding iron, and he accidently burned his head. it was a pretty bad burn, but hes got an ice pack so he’ll be fine. now my question is how do i get the flesh out of the iron? it has sentimental value.
Also he is a twin, would it be ok to use the scar as a way to tell the twins apart

23MayRebranding the NRL.?


There’s been a lot of talk about the NRL rebranding itself and changing it’s name. Personally I like it how it is but if it had to change, Id like it to be called Australasian Super League or the ASL. Australasian coz it includes NZ and call it super league to get rid of “rugby” so we can separate ourselves from rugby union.

What would you guys call it?

20MayWhat is it called when you apply branding to a video that someone else has uploaded?


I’m developing a site and one of the functionality elements is the ability for users to upload their own videos.

I’d like our developers to design it so that when a user uploads a video, it automatically brands that video with our logo in the bottom right through, and then also adds a screen at the end with our site details.

Is it possible to do this, and if so, can it be automated or does such branding need to be manually edited?

Finally, what is this technique/branding called?
