23JunIs Lean Management a brand?

Can I create training on this myself or would I have to pay license fees?

01JunShould I incorporate before or after I complete programming the technology I want to market?

I will be incorporating in the state of California with 3 other partners. I am doing most of the technology–from conceptualizing, designing, and programming, while my other partners are contributing capital in the beginning. Once the technology is complete, we will all be focusing on our marketing. We all have a full-time job.

Should we incorporate now or later?

Also, what other issues should we consider?

26MayWho takes care of branding in the public relations department of a corporation?

Yes, this has been confusing me for days as my boss is constantly asking me the same question over and over again. He just won’t take “I don’t know” for an answer.

31MarI need to name my business — affordable naming consultants/naming or branding company?

I’m planning to start a wedding planning business. I know how important it is to have a good business name so I’m considering hiring a naming/branding company. Most of the ones I’ve seen online are expensive (one even charges a minimum of .$12,000!). Do you know any affordable naming/branding companies that can help? Thanks!

11NovWhy is it that all the big name brand stores claim to have such great customer service? False advertising?

It seems like they only employ kids who don’t care about their jobs and aren’t properly trained, just to save money. It’s one thing when you ask a kid for help with something and he doesn’t seem to care, but I’m starting to notice that store owners are hiring these same kids as managers, leaving no one to ask for help.

I was at walgreens the other day and bought some walgreens brand aspiren. When I got home I noticed it was expired. I called the store to inform them of the problem. A couple of days later I went back to exchange it only to notice that all the walgreens aspiren was expired. I told the manager, who had to be in his early 20’s. He said he’d look for some more that was newer. He returned only to tell me sorry and that he didn’t have any that was good. I’m sure they’re are people still going in there buying expired aspiren without noticing.

I know of a grocery store who only pays their managers $7 an hour. Only kids work, because its more than they can make elswere.
It’s not like I can support the local stores who have employees who know what they’re doing because they’ve all been put out of business.
