I was wondering If I can open a Laboratory Drawing site at my brand new commercial building? It is completely commercial and I was wondering since I am a registered phlebotomist if I can take customers blood, (for insurance exams) or for hospitals, and other specimens and send it to a laboratory and some how make a business out of it? Will the hospital let me do this? Is this possible I know I have to buy all the supplies (needles, tubes, chair etc…) am I allowed to do this? help?
