12DecBuilding a new home in Wisconsin. What brand of windows would you recommend?


Our new house is about 3200 sq ft and has LOTS of windows. I have narrowed it down to Marvin, Pella, and Anderson and am leaning toward Marvin. I would really appreciate any feedback!

01OctHow is a recycled home better than building a brand new one?


There’s a company in the city I live in that takes pre-existing homes and move them onto empty lots. These homes would otherwise be destroyed, where they would take at least 300 years, recycling into our environment in a negative way, polluting the atmosphere and everything else. The problem I’m having is that I need to think of why a recycled home is better than building one from scratch, or moving into one through real estate without sounding like I’m Miss America or something…

25SepIs Method brand air freshener now off the market? I can’t find it anywhere?


I am in Orlando Florida. I like the Method brand of air freshener for my house. I always bought it at Target.

The last time I bought it was fall of 2007, around Thanksgiving. Since then I haven’t found it in any stores.

I see all the other Method products for sale, laundry detergents, etc. But not the air freshener spray. Are they having a shortage or did they discontinue it?
