I want to create a group on real estate agents so we can share leads, opportunities and market information. A blog won’t do it, facebook won’t either, and an email alias/group there is no way to track information easily…and creating or bulding an app from scratch doesn’t make much sense either. There has to be an onlin service that can help me get there….

I have just got a brand new villa in Florida, near to disney and golf courses. I am wanting to rent it out when it is built in April, there are so many companies out there, is there anyone with experience or properties that they rent out there, that can reccomend decent reliable management companies or websites that work?
My mom wants to get into property management and the job descriptions all include “market research”? What kind of market research would you do for apartment buildings? She was a property manager for 3 buildings for 27 years and she never did or even heard of such a thing. What kind of background do you have to have?
